The Client required a communicating stair between the first and second floors to fully utilize the building and its relationship to the club’s tennis courts and other exterior amenities. The project consisted of an extension and remodeling of the Pro-Shop, locker and restroom facilities, upper floor kitchen and meeting rooms and new bathrooms. New mechanical systems were installed throughout the building.
