| Our client was fortunate enough to find this sliver of land in Englewood Cliffs, NJ that overlooks the New York City Skyline. The project program was to develop a duplex residence for two longtime friends and their families. The building is five stories in the rear and three stories in the front on a steep sloping site. Although the exterior architecture is unifying, the interior of each side is modified to specific requirements. While one side has one and a half story dining room the other has a home office over the dining room. The contemporary finishes are non weathering pre-finished wood panels and glass façades. The rear window walls open entirely with a roll across screen system. The roof features garden and deck areas. |  |
